Over the course of the last 18 months, the company has gathered a team of experienced professionals to bring SPT95 to market. Our talents lie across a wide range of specialisations, from science to sales and from operations and manufacturing to people management.
Our team
Simon has been a serial entrepreneur and since the age of 16 has created, developed and sold several successful companies in activities as diverse as car retailing, clothing distribution and behavioural economics. He has also been a Non-Executive Director for St. James’s Place, Morgan Sindall, Aegon, William Jackson Food Group, Rotary Watches and Linn Products. Currently he is Senior Non-Executive Director of Horton Estates, Non-Executive Director of Admiral Financial Services Ltd and Chairman of Ardonagh Advisory. Between 2012 and 2024 Simon was Executive Chairman of Hendy Automotive Ltd where he transformed the business into one of the largest and best automotive retailers in Europe. He is an expert both at people development and creating truly customer-centric organisations, therefore very well positioned to guide us as Chairman.
Since 2024, Alan has been leading SPT as Chief Executive Officer. He is a qualified lawyer and in his previous career specialised in corporate finance, M&A, capital market and private equity advisory. During his career Alain has advised listed companies, private equity funds, and private companies in respect of over £500m of successfully concluded transactions and raised more than £400m of debt and equity capital. Alain, as CEO, provides clear strategic direction and inspirational leadership to the SPT team.
John is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an entrepreneurial CFO with 40 years’ experience in product innovation, new/niche market creation, planning, team building and delivery. He has 30 years’ experience in design, implementation and integration of innovative financial solutions for investment banks. His sound financial background and effective communication ability with investors, colleagues and clients has seen him successfully compete and eventually partner with IBM, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and KPMG. John has also raised finance from VCs and private equity, generating shareholder value and successful exits.
We have a strong operations and administrative team. Giles took up the COO role for Supra Perfecta in 2025 after a 32-year military career in the British Army. His last posting was as Commander of the British Forces in North and Eastern Europe as part of NATO’s deterrence mission against Russia. Giles is a US-trained campaign planner – an alumnus of the US National Defence University – and a seasoned operator in Whitehall and the UK’s Ministry of Defence, where he has completed four tours at the top end of Defence. Giles’s leadership and organisational skills also draw on extensive active service on the ground, including Security Sector Reform initiatives in Iraq for which he was appointed MBE, command and leadership on high-intensity combat operations in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, for which he was made a Companion of the Distinguished Service Order, and latterly conventional war-planning and leadership in Estonia and Poland for which he was appointed OBE.
John is a Chartered Chemist and a Molecular Biologist and has over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing sector of the chemical, pharmaceutical and neutraceutical industry. Over his career, John has developed a wide experience of manufacturing, product and system development and process optimisation, making him an exceptional leader of our production teams. John is also the designer of our HOCl manufacturing processes and responsible for driving excellence in the engineering, manufacturing and R&D for the company.
Simon has been with Supra Perfecta from the beginning of its journey and is an expert in our product and its wide range of applications; this, linked with his extensive sales background, brings a knowledge and energy to our product delivery. Following three years as an Officer in the Queens Royal Lancers, Simon moved into property, where over the years he has held several Sales Management roles, notably CIO of a private investment group, focused on property acquisitions in Eastern Europe and trading over 1,500 properties across the region. Simon leads a team of sales experts, including our UK NHS-facing team, Sales Floor in the UK, and entities in Australia, Brazil, the UAE and USA.
Sally is at the heart of Supra Perfecta, driving our enterprise from week to week. She is responsible for Supra Perfecta’s overall functionality across operations and administration including all information, logistic and regulatory requirements. Sally has nine years’ experience in chemical manufacturing as a Corporate Development Director, with extensive experience in building strong QMS systems as well as inventory/CRM platforms and managing large teams of staff. As well as her proven management and operations credentials, Sally also has 12 years in investment banking and was a Vice President specialising in M&A, corporate finance and capital raising for financial institutions in the USA, UK and Europe.
With over 20 years of experience across the NHS and private healthcare sectors, Samantha is a highly knowledgeable and trusted professional within the fields of infection prevention, aesthetics, dermatology and wound management. Her career spans extensive work with hospitals, aesthetic clinics, private medical practices, and dental surgeries, giving her a well-rounded and practical understanding of diverse clinical environments.
Samantha has worked with global leading organisations including, Allergan, Menarini and CD Medical where she played a key role in managing sales teams and launching new and innovative products to the industry. Samantha's passions and strengths are driving best practice, supporting clinicians, and ensuring the successful implementation of new technologies and treatments, by doing this she has improved best practice outcomes across both NHS Trusts and the private healthcare sectors which improved Infection prevention outcomes.
Known for her ability to bridge the gap between innovation and clinical application, Samantha brings a wealth of expertise, insight, and dedication to improving patient outcomes and advancing standards across the sectors she serves.
Our Supra Perfecta NHS team
A commercial leader with 25+ years driving pharmaceutical growth across European markets. Neil was the former CEO of Flynn Pharma and Interim Commercial Director at Rosemont Pharmaceuticals with global commercial responsibility. Previously, he served at Sobi as Vice President and General Manager, Northern Europe, and General Manager, UK and Ireland; as UK Country Lead at GenSight Biologics; and as Director of Oncology at Merck Serono. Neil has a proven track record building and scaling commercial operations in rare diseases, oncology, and specialty therapeutics across the UK, Ireland, Nordics and Middle East.
Simon is a strategic management and business development entrepreneur with 40+ years transforming complex business scenarios into actionable plans. He was Founder and CFO of Alverium Health, a contract biotech company with a unique approach to pharmaceutical commercialisation. Previously, Simon was Finance Director and Founding Partner at FleetEurope PLC, Partner at TISE Associates and Senior Group Manager at Unilever. He has extensive expertise in business strategy, M&A, financial management and building sustainable organisations across healthcare and life sciences.
Sean has 30+ years operating at board level in FTSE 50 companies. He has led strategy, M&A, and joint ventures including the Glaxo Wellcome and SmithKline Beecham merger, and creation of global joint ventures between GSK and both Novartis and Pfizer. Previously, Sean was SVP General Counsel at GSK Consumer Healthcare and Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer at Imperial Brands. He has extensive expertise building legal and compliance frameworks in complex, regulated global pharma businesses.
Jamie is a technical executive with 20+ years in personal care, speciality chemicals, and pharmaceutical product development. Previously, he was Global Head of Hair Care Technology at Lonza, and Technical and Operations Director at Perachem. A recognised innovator with 34 granted patents and 31 pending applications, he has extensive expertise in R&D leadership, commercialising technology, manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, IP strategy and leading multicultural teams to bring disruptive technologies from concept to market.
Having qualified as a nurse in London Sheena then furthered her nursing experience in India and Australia.
On her return she entered the commercial field of Healthcare, achieving a Masters Degree in Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), and chose to progress a career in Sales and Marketing within the IPC sector.
Sheena now has extensive Sales and Marketing experience and has worked across teams within IPC and other industries, including for a number of multinational Healthcare Companies.
She continues to utilise her clinical background and knowledge in many different aspects of her commercial work and is looking forward to joining the Team at Supra Perfecta Technologies Ltd in a Consultancy and Account Management role.
Cornelius is a highly experienced healthcare Account Manager with a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and improved infection prevention outcomes across both NHS Trusts and the private healthcare sector. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare sales and technical solutions, he has worked with global market leaders including 3M, Fresenius, Schülke & Mayr, and Gama Healthcare. His expertise spans infection prevention and control, wound care, antisepsis, surface decontamination, endoscopy reprocessing, water treatment, and medical devices across both primary and secondary care settings in the UK and internationally.
He is recognised for his consultative, solutions-led approach, enabling healthcare organisations to adopt clinically effective and commercially sustainable products. Cornelius brings deep knowledge of NHS procurement frameworks and Integrated Care Systems, combined with strong commercial acumen to deliver measurable value and build long-term partnerships.
